    The Neighbors Daughter graduated last night and they are having a party for her tonight so they asked if I would smoke 10 racks of ribs for them....Being the guy I am I said sure and so what a beautiful day it is in Tioga, Texas for smoking ribs ....perfect weather ....If it would just get to 12:00noon I could make a drink and the day would be perfect....
