gotta wonder how that thing revs. At a rally in Sturgis, KY I saw a HD with a 350 Chevy engine. Only two gears.

That is cool, not exactly a daily driver but I'd love to take it for a spin. No pun intended.

Gyroscopic forces are in line though savage...you would hardly notice...but I bet the torque is excellent...lol...

Axis of engine parallel to axes of wheels but judging by the pulley ratio rotating way faster.
Probably a radial not a rotary engine and de-facto, rotating mass not that much but willing to wager that it more than compensates for hi CG.
Local collector of mostly motorcycles but most everything else too, has a WW I vintage rotary engine (still turns too), now that would have some real gyroscopic forces
