My Gypsy

     Sitting in the hospital with Gypsy. Her back surgery,anterior lumbar fusion, went well yesterday. We'll be going home tomorrow. Ortho-neuro surgical center in New Albany, Ohio is a great facility with terrific doctors but it is still a hospital and not a home, where I can take care of her.

    My uncle once said that Hospitals are where people go to die, home is a much better place for the patient.  Spoken from recent experience.

    O.K. we're home. All went well. Gypsy is doing fine. Now I'm a nurse for the next 4 months. 4 months? Wow!!! I can actually be THE BOSS!!!! Hehehehehehehehheehe

    Prayers for total healing & comfort for your sweet Gypsy woman.I know its going to be a hard ride home for her when she is released to go home :-(
