The Capitol Region Chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse (B.A.C.A.®) is having their 2nd annual child abuse awareness festival September 12th at the Livingston Parish Fairgrounds from 10am to 10pm. B.A.C.A.® is an International 501c (3) non-profit organization that exists with the intent to create a safer environment for abused children.
A five dollar donation is requested for all day entry into the event with a car show to kick things off along with family fun, live music, kid games, food, beverages, vendors and much more. Kenny Fife & Kenny Cornet take to the music stage together at 1:30 followed by Barefoot at 4:30 and Side Effects at 7:30. P’Maw from the Show Swamp’d will be the Special Guest Auctioneer for the day and selling merchandise from his store on site.
All vehicles are welcome to enter into the car show for a chance to win a plaque for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each class. A $25 dollar donation is requested per vehicle to register. All proceeds & donations to the not-for-profit Capitol Region Chapter is used for the benefit of abused children.
