Dawson's Ride is a cause that will be on August 6th, 2016. Dawson's Ride is about raising finances for families and their loved ones who reside in all children's trauma canters. The funds that we raise will go forth to families who do not have insurance, and this will help them with any medical bills that they may receive. This will also help with food costs as well shelter costs for the families who have children as a patient in the trauma center. This year, the funds are going to Hennipen County Children's Trauma Center (Level 3).

Dawson's Ride will start at the Deerstand in Deerwood, MN and end back at the Deerstand. Registration starts at 9:00 am. At registration, there will be hats, beanies, patches and t-shirts available that will have "Dawson Strong" on them. The prices on these items will be posted another time. Always keep watching for updates!! The registration fee will be $25.00 a rider, and $15.00 a passenger. At 12:00 pm, the ride will take off. We do have a route in process. The route will be updated at a later time with a map. Again, I repeat, Always check for updates!! There will be three or four stops during the ride. That will also be updated at a later time. Our goal is to be back at the Deerstand by 4:00 pm. There will be a pulled pork dinner served when the ride ends. There will be a fee of $10.00 for plate. There will be a bike show that starts at 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm. There will also be entertainment. That will either be a live band or a dj. One has not been determined as of yet. The judging for the bike show will be done at 7:00 pm. There will be raffle tickets available. Price of he raffle tickets have not been determined yet. For the raffle, there will be a $250 cash prize along with donated prizes. You do not need to be present to win.

I will need volunteers to help pass these out to all companies in the surrounding areas. As we figure out more details, I will make a list of what I need volunteers for.
