On Saturday, February 25, 2017, Tawhni Stouder passed away after a life-long battle with mental illness. At her family's request we have set up a non-profit organization to bring attention to suicided awareness and prevention, and hopefully, prevent another family from going through the heartbreak Tawhni's family is currently suffering from. All proceeds raised from this Poker Run Benefit will be donated to Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in memory of Tawhni, and will also help cover the family's out of pocket expenses for grief counseling. The Poker Run Benefit will start and end at Simeri's Beardsley Street Tavern in Elkhart IN on April 15, 2017. Early registration is currently available at Simeri's for a discounted donation of $20 a rider $25 w/ passenger. Day of registration will start at 9:30 AM and the donation amount will be $25 a rider $30 w/ passenger. First bike out will be at 11:00 AM sharp, with the last bike in at 4:00 PM. Prizes for best and worst hand, 50/50 drawing, auction, raffle, and live music!
