Hours: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Swap meet starts at 10:00 am
General admission fee is $5.00
Vendor set up 8:00 am - 10:00 am
All Vendor spaces are assigned on a “first come - first served” basis.
All Vendors / Tailgater’s pay a $20 vendor fee for each 10’x10’ space.
One admission is included per purchased space.
This is an out door event - Vendors provide their own canopies and tables. 
Payment is due on arrival at the swap meet site.
Vendors / Tailgater’s must leave their spaces clean. Trash disposal is available on site.
Food & refreshments will be available at the Elks Lodge.
The Elks will be serving breakfast and lunch - Everyone is welcome.
Abate handles / controls motorcycle, auto and vendor parking.
Abate is responsible for basic site clean up and trash handling.
No drugs, no alcohol and no intoxicants allowed in the parking / vendor areas.
Smoking cigarettes, cigars or pipes in the parking area is OK.
Smokers must dispose of the butts or ashes in the appropriate containers.
