If you go back a bit in this thread you will see a number of suggestions for the patches that were nixed because of that. We do respect all riders and clubs and what they earn and respect. We did check with a number of clubs before going forward and the feedback was not to use the 'r as in 7%'r, not to use anything similar to the color or shape of the 1% patch and use it in a statement like "7% of Americans..." and not just 7%.

Just ordered one for my brother over in Afghanistan. I am actually going to have his ol' lady put it on his vest for him so it's there when he gets home in December!

Very cool Bailout. We just sent 85 patches to a women who's husband is deployed in Afghanistan. They are putting together Veterans Day/Thanksgiving packages for his unit!
