Thanks for all your replies....I do think its the area. Very few lady ryders. I rided with a cpl of other lady riders every so often. I asked them also what they thought. They to think it's because there are so few of us that ride around here.. the guys not sure what to think about us yet. I've been riding street bikes for a cpl of years, dirt bikes and 4-wheelers for ever. Found out no matter what you ride its a great way to meet some wonderful and caring people.

Hmmm... Dont know where in KS you are but here in South Central KS Ive noticed the number of female riders increase quite a bit in the last few years. I mostly wave at others but there are times I dont or cant. Sometimes people wave back or not... Dont put too much thought into this though... whatever the reason is for waving or not waving just ride and enjoy it!

We wave at everyone out here. Don't matter who you are or what you ride I see riders just waving at riders!
