I'm on the Jersey Shore (the actual shore not the stupid show although they did film in a town about 20 minutes south of me) and it has been snowing all month. I was riding everyday to work through Christmas, even when temps droped to the teens, but today was the first time in about six weeks I could get out due to road conditions.
Even on days it wasn't snowing it was still in the 20's and 30's and the ground was so wet and icy I couldn't go out. We finally hit some sun and it was in the '50s today so stuff finally dried up and melted. I'm on midnight shift this month but it's clear and finally dry so I rode the bike to work. Little chilly at 37 but happy to be riding!

saturday was beautiful here in oregon.60 degrees, not a cloud in the sky.Went on a 300 mile ride over to the coast and back.It was sweet

Was up to 60 degrees here, today. Was 70 on Sunday, lots of bikes out on Sunday.

A balmy 58' here,raining steady since early morning,not too heavy yet.The garden is loving it ! me not so much lol the storm door has opened again,its big time relief I hope.

Well, let's see....NJ: snowed this morning until about noon! Cleared and melted most of the snow, except for the large piles from previous snows...but, it's colder than a well diggers ass!

My childhood friend Dorthy lives in San Francisco, she has been telling me about how dry it has gotten there.
I told her to move back, we have more water than we need, she said she doesn't miss our winters here.
They say Erie is still in the lead of snow accumulation, more on the way for today.

Getting to the point here on Long Island (NY) that I don't even want to hear the words weather, or forecast, but especially those four letter words ... COLD ... SNOW ... enough already!!! Time to freakin move south!

There is no weather or chance of weather here in the Northeast its just cold (todays high 21) with chances of snow. Not as cold as the middle of the country but dam I haven't see the tar in my driveway in months.

Well the rain finally got here and it got here BIG TIME. It has been raining harder today than I have seen in years in this area. After only 3 inches of rain total in 2013 we needed it... but not really all at once.
Between the super hard ground that won't absorb water we will for sure get lots of flooding. And since all the wild fires over the past couple years burned out all vegetation on the hill sides, we will also have deadly mud slides.

Winter storm Titan is coming through at the moment but so far we've only gotten a couple more inches of snow. But the wind is pretty nasty.
going to be doing some tweeks to the scoot today.65' partially sunny skies lite breezes,feels more like the islands than the SF bay area
