I got to looking at this picture and I got the feeling I been there before and then I saw the electric meters on the front of the buildings then I remembered the state but couldn't remember where. Never saw electric meters on the front of the buildings anywhere else and that stuck in my mind for some reason. So, I got into my photo gallery and came across a picture sort of close to yours but no sidewalks scene, it got me where I needed to be. This is what you call a once in a life time deal.
