    I made something similar a few years back except instead of a metal frame (because I don't have a welder) I cut the outline out of 1/4" plywood, painted it black and put lights on it kind of in the shape there. It looked pretty cool at night, but not so good during the day. I might try it again but this time paint it in color so it looks good in daylight too.

    I just use the bike.  Decorated it two days before Christmas then take the lights off the day after Christmas and ride!!!
