About Our Business
Few Harley® dealerships in the country can boast the family legacy of Peterson's Harley-Davidson®. Founded in 1954 by "Phil" Peterson in Key West, Florida, Peterson's Harley-Davidson® had humble beginnings. Just in from Wisconsin, Phil and his young wife Charlotte fell in love with "paradise" and bought the little shop at the end of the road.
Hard work, dedication, attention to detail and a focus on customer service guaranteed Phil's success and the future success of Peterson's Harley-Davidson®. The word soon spread that in the Southernmost town in the United States a person could buy a good new or used Sportster®, Dyna®, Softail®, Touring, or other motorcycle for a reasonable price, have it worked on by a qualified mechanic and be treated with courtesy and respect.

These days Phil is retired, but sons Dirk and Drew are constantly working hard to keep the same standards associated with the Peterson's Harley-Davidson® family name.
