About Our Business
ORC Racing & Notary is a family owned and operated motorcycle shop in Portland PA. We opened our doors in 2006 in Delaware Water Gap PA and moved to a larger facility in Portland PA in 2013.
What do we do? We do Off Road, That is what we do. We are a Full Service Off Road Motorcycle Shop. We Build Motors, We Modify Your Suspension, We build Wheels, We bore Cylinders, and everything else you could think of. We concentrate only on Off Road, Dual Sport and ADV Type motorcycles
What does that mean? This means we only work on and sell the Best Products for Dirt Bikes, Dual Sports, ADV and Enduro Type Motorcycles.
Do we Service and sell parts for ATV's? Yes we do, however, we only service ATV engines and suspensions.
What products do we carry? We carry only the best Off Road Parts and accessories from most of the Top Brands in the Country.
What Brands Do you carry? We carry ALL Products from Pro Moto Billet, SRT Offroad, Enduro Engineering, Ohlins, Pivot Works,and Renthal. These are our specialty products. We also carry a huge assortment of items from many different manufactures from Parts Unlimited, Western Powersports, Thor Racing, Fly Racing, MTA, and Moose Racing.
What Services do you perform? We do it all, however, our specialty services are Suspension Services, Motor Builds and Wheels
What kind of suspension do you do? We perform top quality Suspension Services for All bikes that range from Re-Valving your suspension based on your rider weight and ability, meaning the type of riding you do based upon your weight and skill level, to standard service which includes maintenance of your leaking seals to general oil changes.
Do you perform shock services? Yes, we perform shock services as well. Just like your front suspension should be serviced every year, so should your rear Suspension. We Re-Valve your shocks and also perform general shock maintenance service. Just like the oil in your engine becomes contaminated over time, as your rear shock piston goes up and down, over every little bump, it ever so slightly contaminates your oil with metal. That metal coats and clogs up the valving in the rear shock. This is why your rear shock over time tends to do things it didn't when it was new (spiking, slow to rebound, feeling like it is bottoming constantly) and just an overall harsh feeling. The only way to fix this is to disassemble, and clean, your valving shims and bypass ports.
What kind of motor services do you do? We Build motors the way you want them done. The right way the First time. We perform motor rebuilds from standard to advanced. We bore cylinders in house. We port and polish. We do general Top End rebuilds and bottom end rebuilds to competition engines. We have built motors for some of the fastest hare scramble and enduro riders on the east coast. OK we are a little biased though... we never let friends ride stock!
Do you perform wheel maintenance? We build new wheels, We true wheels, we repair wheel spokes, We use only top quality Wheels, Hubs, and Spokes from manufactures like Rad Mfg, Moose Off Road, Kite, Excel, DID, Pro Wheel, SRT, Warp 9, DNA, Talon and Dubya.
Can you get OEM (Original Manufactures Parts) and accessories? Yes. We can get you anything OEM that you need from KTM, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Honda, and Yamaha and we DO NOT bump up the prices either. The MSRP prices on any of the OEM manufactures will be what you pay and never a penny more!
Do you Stud Off Road Tires? Yes We do. We use Top Quality Studs for Tires you use for winter riding. We also use the best bonding agent to ensure your studs do not fall out. Bolts do not work, and tire screws fall out. Our Studs are not screws or bolts. They are real Tire studs that can only be installed using special equipment. We at ORC Racing have all the equipment we need to install these tire studs on your tires.
Why do we only work on Off Road vehicles? We work on Off Road because that is who we are. We are ORC Racing!
